American Masonry Pros Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

We provide chimney repair, masonry restoration, concrete, and outdoor living construction services in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Each project is governed by a written estimate outlining the agreed scope, materials, and payment schedule.

2. Estimates & approvals

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits (typically 30-50%) are required to secure a spot on the schedule and order materials.
• Change orders must be approved in writing and may affect price or timeline.

3. Payment terms

• Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless other arrangements are noted in the proposal.
• Late balances accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Outstanding invoices may pause work or warranty coverage.
• We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards (processing fees may apply).

4. Scheduling & site access

Project start dates may shift due to weather, permitting, or supply constraints. Clients agree to provide access to the job site, utilities, and clear work areas. We follow OSHA safety standards and maintain general liability plus workers’ compensation coverage.

5. Warranties

Structural masonry work includes a 5-year workmanship warranty unless specified otherwise. Manufacturer warranties (liners, sealants, appliances) are passed through to the owner. Warranties do not cover misuse, third-party alterations, or damage caused by unrelated building issues.
